Please note that booking is a minimum of 2 night stay, public holiday/long weekends is a 3 night stay and during Christmas school holidays, it is a minimum 4 night stay.

Each night is $220 - we are not doing peak/off-peak.

Every booking requires a $120 cleaning/linen fee regardless of how many people stay or for how long.

​

There is a $200 refundable security bond required at time of booking. This will be returned within 7-10 working days provided the house is left in good order.

Unfortunately we have a strict NO PETS policy.
